About Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC

Moussey Moose Chocolates is a limited liability company started by two brothers dedicated to making the world a better place one bonbon at a time. Daniel and Joseph grew up in a family where life was centered in the kitchen. As a result, both started their working lives in restaurants. They believe strongly that great care and carefully selected ingredients make for the most delicious food and that the secret ingredients are always love and passion for the art of creating delicious treats.

Here are a few words about both Daniel and Joseph:

Daniel is a graduated at the top of his Pastry class from the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan. After what seemed like no time at all, Daniel´s passion for confections took over and Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC was born. Daniel is an exacting chocolatier who is constantly experimenting with new flavors and is more than willing to try anything once. Daniel also believes that consistency is paramount and that great respect needs to be used when producing classic bonbons. Daniel is committed to ensuring that every time you get Moussey Moose Confection, your epicurean adventures are never boring and always rewarding.

Joseph spent many years managing kitchens and bars before moving his career toward running musical instrument and high-end home theater stores. Joseph has a passion for helping his clients meet all of their expectations, even those desires they have yet to discover. Whether you need a special treat for yourself, want to provide favors at a wedding or corporate function, Joseph´s combination of project management and design skills will ensure that your expectations are exceeded.
