Note: Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC is offering Free Ground Shipping for purchases $50.00 or more not including sales tax. Ground shipping will only be offered in months that allow for slower shipment of chocolates.

When orders are received and shpped using FedEx Ground:
Orders received before 5pm EST ship the following business day. Estimated arrival depends on the shipping address.

When orders are received and shipped using FedEx 2nd Day Air:
Orders received Monday before 5pm EST ships Tuesday, estimated arrival Thursday.
Orders received Tuesday before 5 pm EST ships Wednesday, estimated arrival Friday.
Orders received Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday before 5 pm EST ships Monday, estimated arrival Wednesday.

When orders are received and shipped using FedEx Standard Overnight Air:
Orders received Monday before 5 pm EST ships Tuesday, estimated arrival Wednesday.
Orders received Tuesday before 5 pm EST ships Wednesday, estimated arrival Thursday.
Orders received Wednesday before 5 pm EST ships Thursday, estimated arrival Friday.
Orders received Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday before 5 pm EST ships Monday, estimated arrival Tuesday.

Other Shipping Guidelines
If you choose a shipping type that is not compatible with your order we will automatically change it and your order will be charged the difference. If you choose local shipping and do not live in the local shipping area you will be charged normal shipping rates. Hawaii and Alaska orders will have a $10.00 surcharge.

Please note: We recommend that if you live in a warm climate or during warmer times of the year that all products be shipped using FedEx Standard Overnight Air. During warm months we package every box of chocolate with an ice gel pack to help insure that your chocolates arrive safe and fresh.

Saturday Delivery: If you require Saturday delivery please contact Joseph at (610) 360-4111 to make special arrangements. Extra fees may apply.

It is recommended that you have your chocolates shipped to a commercial address. If you are shipping to a residential address we recommend that you try to be available to accept your package at the time of delivery.

Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC is unable to ship outside the United States, to APOs, FPOs, and to PO Boxes.

Please be sure to enter your address correctly for shipping. Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC is not responsible for damaged or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for any delays that the shipping carrier may incur.
