Return Policy
Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC will not accept any returns unless an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number has been issued. You must contact us by using the information provided on the “Contact Us” page to receive a RMA number.
What can be returned?
Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC does it’s very best to insure that your package will arrive safely. However, Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC cannot be responsible for delays with shipping carriers or if the package is damaged upon delivery. If the package is damaged upon delivery then the customer must contact the carrier to file a claim. Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC will not issue a RMA number if the package was received damaged.
Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC will only authorize a return if there is product failure because of materials or workmanship in the product. If you feel this is the case with your product please contact customer service to discuss your concerns.
Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC would like our customers to understand that our goal is to produce gourmet chocolates with the absolute greatest taste. However, it is important to realize that every person’s taste is different and for this reason Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC will not issue a RMA if a customer does not like the specific taste of a product. We still request that you contact customer service and discuss your concerns because it will allow us to constantly strive to improve our product.
Refund Policy
Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC will only issue a refund when a RMA number is issued. Please contact customer service to discuss your possible refund. Customer service must be contacted within 14 days of your product order date or no refund will be issued. Refunds will be issued to the credit card number that was used at the time of order. The refund will be issued within 7 business days after that returned merchandise was received. Please understand that it can take several days for the credit to show up from your credit card company.
Canceled orders will be issued a refund within 24 hours of the cancelation.
Cancellation Policy
Products made at Moussey Moose Chocolates, LLC are made fresh and packaged for each order. If you need to cancel an order for any reason please contact us immediately at (610) 393-3475. We will make every effort to cancel your order. However, if the product has been produced we will be unable to cancel your order. It is estimated that there is approximately a 2-3 hour window in which an order can be canceled. If we are able to cancel your order a refund will be issued within 24 hours of cancelation. Please understand that it can take several days for the credit to show up from your credit card company.
